Returns, Refunds & Warranty Policy  



Please note OzAutoMotives do not hold responsibility for shipping loss or damages due to free shipping based on standard ATL (authority to leave). OzAutoMotives can supply additional services such as express post, signature on delivery or warranty at customer's request at an extra cost provided by the courier company. If the purchased part has a manufacturing defect and is within the manufacturers 12 months or 25,000 km (which come first) international warranty period, OzAutoMotives will either replace the item or refund the cost of the item for the life of the published warranty. ***The part must be installed by a certified mechanic, please note the warranty will be void if the parts are not fitted by a certified mechanic who has the necessary skills and tools to perform the installation, and if a claim is made, the claim must be accompanied by the certificate of the technician and a statement by the technician outlining the fault & the solution with PayPal payment invoice. In case of a manufacturing defect please do not return the item without confirmation from OzAutoMotives, after confirmation the part must be sent back to OzAutoMotives and once received a new part will be sent if the manufacturer is satisfied the warranty conditions have been met. OzAutoMotives will refund the return postage charge upon receipt of the faulty part if the part is sent back according to OzAutoMotives accepted “Return, Refund & Warranty policy”. 

Please note as per OzAutoMotives trade terms and conditions this warranty applies only to the parts listed on the listing page and sold, we do not cover the fitting, installation, or labor cost. 

Returns and Refunds  

If parts are wrongly supplied by OzAutoMotives, we will ask the customer to return the part to OzAutoMotives within 7 days, as new condition in its undamaged packaging. Once receiving the part, the correct part will be sent at no charge to the customer, OzAutoMotives will refund the return postage charge upon receipt if the part sent back according to OzAutoMotives Accepted “Return, Refund & Warranty Policy 



OzAutoMotives will not issue return, refund, or exchange for wrongly ordered parts. It is imperative to ensure the parts are correct before making the payment. OzAutoMotives takes no responsibility for parts that are supplied correctly according to the order and confirmed at the time of payment but later found to be wrongly ordered by the customer. Where there is a problem with your product, please follow these steps.  

1. Contact OzAutoMotives immediately, let us know what is wrong.  

2. Take clear pictures of the damaged part or defect area which can clearly prove it's been damaged.  

3. Pack all the parts back to the packing boxes as you received.  

4. Send following documents to info@ozautomotives.com.au  

     a. Copy of the invoice you received for cylinder head installation.  

     b. Copy of Certified mechanics trade certificate  

     c. Mechanics statement, stating fault/damage/defect and the solution.  

    d. Pictures of the fault/damaged/defect area  

     e. Copy of PayPal invoice  

     f. eBay user ID 

5. Please attached these documents and send a message to eBay for the record.  

6. Upon OzAutoMotives confirmation, please return your faulty parts back to No 28 Kurumba St, Kippa-Ring, 4021 QLD.
